SHIPPING POLICY

The products ordered will be shipped out within 3-5 working days. Any commissioned orders taken will take anytime between 3 to 5 weeks depending on the order quantity.

RETURN POLICY

Once the products are shipped or sold, we do not accept return. For Customised orders, for whatever reasons you wish to cancel your order confirmation with payment and the work has begun from our end, we will refund only 75% of the total order value. Please Note : All our products are completely handmade and will have differences in the final product from the reference image shared or design agreed. 

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

 If you wish to cancel your place on a course you must do so at least 3 days before the course starts to receive a full refund. Cancellation must be made in writing to our email writetothepottersplace@gmail.com with the bank details you wish the amount be refunded. The refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days once initiated.

If you cancel your place less than 5 days before your workshop starts, you will only receive a refund of 50%. Alternatively you can reschedule and book onto another course. If you cannot attend a session within the course we can discuss the available options for you.
